In the morning His Holiness the 17th Karmapa was blessing children at the Karma Kagyu Sangha Center.
Sightseeing in Vienna
In the evening the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Thaye Dorje gave the White Tara initiation to 300 people at the University of Vienna.
27th August:
His
Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Thaye Dorje visited the former Nazi
concentration camp in Mauthausen together with Khenpo Choedrag Rinpoche and
members of Karma Kagyu Sangha. They were reciting the 35 Buddha Sutra and the
Sangye Monlam in the gas chamber.
28th August:
At the University of Vienna His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Thaye Dorje gave the Sarasvati initiation and teachings on the 6 Paramitas to about 350 participants.
